I’ve been a customer since 2023 I changed my credit card therefore my membership wasn’t renewed. When i got there to do a car wash they informed me that membership wasn’t renewed therefore i couldn’t get my car washed. I tried explaining that I’ve been a loyal customer for years and not being able to do one complementary service is very poor customer service as id update my card once i get a chance.
I came here for the very first time on Saturday for a car wash. I thought the service was good and I even signed up for the monthly membership. Today, I go to my gym and realized that my gym locker lock with key that I never fail to attach to my gym bag went missing! I do not drive people in my car so I know it was taken at the car wash because it was attached to it prior to the service. I am so disappointed. Very distasteful. I will be canceling my membership.
