What an absolute joke. I called ahead of time if they can do a Porsche Cayenne 2013 S .....guy tells me no problem. They can do it for roughly $200. I get there. I'm there for about 15 minutes ....and they come in and tell me that the drain plug is damaged..... I did the last oil change on the car myself.m, And there was nothing wrong with the drain plug ....zero... And then actually the guy tells me that they don't have the proper tool to take the drain plug off..... What a bunch of bullshit.... Colossal waste of time.....I... read more
