Very rude lady very grumpy. I pulled in the parking lot following the signs directions and it says walk to the office so I was walking towards it and said “hello” her immediate response was “you can wait in the office right now” and I said do I wait in my car and she repeated herself no hello or anything. I definitely do not recommend this place. The person who serves is not qualified to work. She should consider taking a break. How is it possible that someone has to come in and knock on his door? It seems like he got out of bed and started yelling at him in a rude manner. It is true that they have a warning, but it does not give him the right to treat customers like this. I would give him 0 stars, but it is not possible.

This place isn’t even worthy of 1 star. IIf you knock on the office door (like it says to), you’re greeted by an old, miserable lady that reeks of cigarettes. She’ll immediately tell you to back up, out of her “space.” There’s other great places that offer professional and kind service. Don’t waste your time here, it’s sketchy as hell.

Carol is phenomenal! My dad introduced me to her several years back. He would trust his vehicles with only the very best people if he wasn’t working on them himself. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for your outstanding service, Carol!
