I only took one star off because of the first impression. I was a little surprised and agreed with the other reviews, but after talking with her she seemed like a nice woman. Great service and very fast!

Very rude lady very grumpy. I pulled in the parking lot following the signs directions and it says walk to the office so I was walking towards it and said “hello” her immediate response was “you can wait in the office right now” and I said do I wait in my car and she repeated herself no hello or anything. I pulled up with my insurance ready and when she handed it to me she was like “I need you out” at the end she told me have a great day but originally her customer service is horrible, she’s not friendly at all. I had a very disappointing experience here. When I arrived for my inspection, there was no one in the garage, so I knocked on the door to ask for help. An elderly woman answered and, without saying a word, rudely gestured for me to move so she could get out. Inside, there were cigarette packs and loose cigarettes on the counter, which didn’t leave the best impression of professionalism. If I could give a lower rating, I would. I won’t be returning.

Quick and easy inspection a woman with a beautiful smile. Everybody saying she’s rude but she just means what she says and knows what she wants . Jame 4:11-12 “Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?” ‭‭
