I only took one star off because of the first impression. I was a little surprised and agreed with the other reviews, but after talking with her she seemed like a nice woman. Great service and very fast!
I had a very disappointing experience here. When I arrived for my inspection, there was no one in the garage, so I knocked on the door to ask for help. An elderly woman answered and, without saying a word, rudely gestured for me to move so she could get out. Inside, there were cigarette packs and loose cigarettes on the counter, which didn’t leave the best impression of professionalism. If I could give a lower rating, I would. I won’t be returning.
The inspector did not provide a courtesy notice regarding how many dashboard lights were on before submitting the inspection. Instead, she proceeded to submit it, resulting in an automatic failure. After doing so, she charged a $20 fee and instructed me to return for a reinspection. However, her inspection machine is frequently out of service, which made returning impractical. As a result, I was forced to obtain the inspection elsewhere. I do not recommend.
I came here today to do my inspection and the lady was very nice. All you have to do is follow the directions!! Not sure why people are saying she’s rude. She is not. I was in an out! I will be coming back.
