My husband and I were about to try this place, until, we were reading the sign and it says go to the office. When you walk in, there is a big lettered sign on the wall, "office" in the back. So I start to walk there. There is, what I assumed, were two customers. Turns out the grouchy ELDERLY woman, was the owner and the person in the chair was a customer, still not sure. BAD customer service, nasty tone. Spoke to me with no respect or business ethics..Has large sign out side saying one thing with Garage door open, But has a small note at the top where you definitely wouldnt see it with the door open written in pen not marker - stating not in business today which is April 27th cool understandable but it's not what you said but how you said it... I only took one star off because of the first impression. I was a little surprised and agreed with the other reviews, but after talking with her she seemed like a nice woman. Great service and very fast!
If the note is up and ppl have to duck down to walk in common sense says no one is looking up when ducking to walk under garage door... But thanks for the excuse for your rude tone and behavior
Go elsewhere it’s not worth the headache of dealing with that cranky old woman. I pity her and anyone that has to deal with her as she is not a pleasure to be around. However, if you need a good laugh or you think I’m kidding go by and see for yourself
