I had a very disappointing experience here. When I arrived for my inspection, there was no one in the garage, so I knocked on the door to ask for help. An elderly woman answered and, without saying a word, rudely gestured for me to move so she could get out. Inside, there were cigarette packs and loose cigarettes on the counter, which didn’t leave the best impression of professionalism. If I could give a lower rating, I would. I won’t be returning.

Very rude lady very grumpy. I pulled in the parking lot following the signs directions and it says walk to the office so I was walking towards it and said “hello” her immediate response was “you can wait in the office right now” and I said do I wait in my car and she repeated herself no hello or anything. Quick and easy inspection a woman with a beautiful smile. Everybody saying she’s rude but she just means what she says and knows what she wants . Jame 4:11-12 “Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?” ‭‭

I definitely do not recommend this place. The person who serves is not qualified to work. She should consider taking a break. How is it possible that someone has to come in and knock on his door? It seems like he got out of bed and started yelling at him in a rude manner. It is true that they have a warning, but it does not give him the right to treat customers like this. I would give him 0 stars, but it is not possible.

My first time coming here and I was definitely satisfied with the service! Follow the instructions and you’ll be in and out. The lady there is super sweet.
