I am very satisfied with the Rinnai tankless water heater I got from them. My tank gave up on me during the holidays. Ali was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided exceptional service. A special shout out to Terry for the most professional, clean and neat job on site. He ensured he followed the code and completed all required testing of the gas lines. It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. They don’t hold to their warranty and make empty promises when it comes to booking technicians. I’ve been talking to Ali and his service has been extremely disappointing
