I am very satisfied with the Rinnai tankless water heater I got from them. My tank gave up on me during the holidays. Ali was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided exceptional service. A special shout out to Terry for the most professional, clean and neat job on site. He ensured he followed the code and completed all required testing of the gas lines.
