Johnny Was So Solid N Professional N Responsive. He Went Above N Beyond For Me And My Family During Our Struggle. We Aren't From Houston But He Drove 2+ Hours To Us And Replaced Our Flat Tire. We Actually Were Recommended To Him From Another Mechanic.

I cannot thank Johnny and his team at Speedy G’s enough! After my car wouldn’t start, I called several towing companies but ran into issues like high quotes, card payment not accepted, or requests for payment before even sending help. Unbelievable service. My parents were stranded at IAH with a blowout tire. Their insurance company’s roadside assistance left them for nearly 6 hrs - with multiple cancellations and lies about arriving soon. I drove out to help them and did I mention that it was pouring rain. After about 2+ hours of waiting and out of patience, I called J. He answered and advised us of our options. Within 15 mins of the phone call, a tow truck was there to tow my parent’s car back to Sugarland. Amazing service and well worth the cost.

I called, got their voice mail. But they immediately text me and asked how they could help. I text them back and they had an answer and a quote immediately. They arrived within 15 min. Told me the name of the person who would be coming and they called me once he arrived. It was good to know all the details. Told me to pay invoice once gentlemen finished up. I would definitely call them again. Thank you so much for providing wonderful service... much appreciated!
