Hoy fui con mis familiares a cambiar un cheque. Y desde que entramos ya la mujer tenía una mala actitud hacía nosotros. Preguntando quien hablaba español de nosotros y yo era la que estaba traduciendo (ya viendo el racismo que ella estaba teniendo hacia nosotros porque no hablaba español la persona que cambiaría el cheque sabiando que yo le iba a traducir.)No quiso ni siquiera escuchar a que veníamos solo leyó que el cheque no era enviado desde Connecticut y no quiso ni tan siquiera orientarnos del porque no. Very rude. Her English wasn't very good I politely asked what she said and she hung up on me I wish I asked her name

As of aug 30 2024 3:30 this place is still discriminating on people checks if your not of there ethnicity I sat and waited just to see before I jump the gun and Spanish dude came in no ID and got his checked cashed no problem need to be reported or shut down…. Then proceeds to tell me her boss needs to approve my check smh

I went in this place 4 time and they never cash my check , they always tell me my check is available in the system and same time they tell me they don't have enough amounts of my check 😔
