Windshield repair was quick and reasonably priced. Customer service was unsatisfactory. Server did not make eye contact. No smile. No greeting. Did not invite me to wait in the lounge. The rubber under the wiper blades was smooth before the work. After the work it was rippled and deformed. Don't know whether this increases the chance of leaks or not.
It was a fantastic experience. The people were friendly and nice. The job seems to be well done. The lobby with free Coffee and Water was clean and nice. And the Washroom was incredibly clean. All around a great experience.
