Quick, efficient, easy and friendly.
The service was good overall, but there were too many upsells. I ended up replacing the wiper blades and was also pushed to replace the cabin air filter for an extra fee.
The guy who was working the front desk was sooo friendly and informative. He explained how long it would take and asked if I wanted a ride provided to take me home while the work was being done. I had gotten off a graveyard shift at 7am that same morning and my appointment was moved forward to 12:30pm instead of 2:30pm so I was very tired and this was a service I was not expecting to receive.
