Easy to book online, good advice received, careful repair made--I'm very happy all around. There was significant pressure to replace the entire windshield due to another chip/crack in the lower corner of the windshield which he asserted would eventually necessitate the replacement of the entire windshield, but I've been watching that for over a year and there doesn't seem to be any evidence of it spreading anywhere else but for the short crack ending at the lower corner of the windshield.
