Seann the manager there is the most amazing and helpful individual,. He waited for me towards the end of the day just before closing to help me install my drivers side window. Cynthia and Michael were the best customer service representatives I think I have ever dealt with! Cynthia helped me change locations from one speedy glass to the other when I realized I booked it at the wrong place and she shipped the windshield over immediately. Michael was so pleasant and wonderful that he made me almost want to chip my windshield again just so that I could have this experience one more time. Good windshield repair - poor timing communication. Pleasant staff, however badly communicated work window. This resulted in me having to cancel other appointments due to delay. 10am car dropped off as appointment 1-2pm told as estimated pick up time 230pm called to check, advised 330-4pm pick up 430pm called to check, advised still doing tests 445pm arrived, car still not on site. 5pm car arrived, 510pm paperwork complete I would recommend staff giving more accurate pick up estimations even if longer, to set clear expectati... read more
