We were treated like family from the moment we booked the appointment. When we brought the vehicle in for the repair that same treatment carried on and the vehicle was returned to us in immaculate condition.
The people working there were very courteous and professional. Hands down the best place when your windshield needs to be fixed or replaced.
Service wise, it's quick and easy, respectful service. As for the repair itself, I wasn't particularly impressed, as the final result was not what I was expecting. It appeared that the resin could have been worked into the outboard cracks more effectively, as those areas are typically the easiest to fill and make less visible. I understand that windshield chip repairs are primarily intended to prevent further cracking rather than provide a cosmetic fix, but the damage remained quite noticeable after the repair.
