Always great service and friendly staff. We’ve been using Speedy for years. Never a complaint.
Speedy Glass was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. I was easily able to book an appointment online. I was informed when the necessary parts came in and my appointment confirmed. The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant, helpful, and kept me informed. He coordinated with my insurance company. Everything was smooth and timely. Extremely good service!
It would be a 0 after the call I had. I was literally mocked, laughed at and told information that’s 100% inaccurate and then continued to laugh about it. I sat with another person who listened on speakerphone and even said how he was just being condescending and ignorant. I didn’t even book the appointment because he thought it was RIDICULOUS I wanted the same windshield installed when there is a difference in those cars between generic and and original. The fact that I have free chip repair for the next 3 years Is enough to keep me going back. Easy process with going through insurance and only paying the deductible. Also got a free window vacuum I mean what else is there to say?
