I dropped my vehicle off at 2:30 for a 3:00pm appointment for a simple chip repair. They did not call or provide any information but apparently locked my vehicle in their shop after they closed. No warning, I don't have my house keys, no courtesy call to say it would take longer than usual. Left me completely stranded with no ride, no keys, no information. This is actually absurd. Terrible service, 0/10 would not recommend.
Speedy charged my wife 875 dollars to install command start on a vehicle, that already had command start. Now that I can actually see the vehicle, not only did speedy install a command start on a vehicle that had command start installed, they removed old one. Speedy has yet to reach out to me, as per their comment. Time to contact Beleron
