First off the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. The mechanic is the most ignorant unhelpful waste of an employee they could have. The manager booked me for a broken window replacement 830 am. I drove 30 minutes in -20 weather to be at the appointment. Upon arrival they’re confused why I’m there, the mechanic comes out and gets ignorant.
