I spoke with Mark, and he was very personable and courteous over the phone and in person. Unfortunately, a repair could not be done, but when it comes time to replace the windshields, I will be returning to this location.
Had an amazing experience at Speedy Glass. Came with a cracked windshield and they booked me in for the same day, and had it fixed in 30 minutes. The staff were professional, nice, and very courteous. Service is also fully bilingual. If I could rate this 10 stars out of 5 I would.
Had my vehicle serviced for TAG installation... decided to come here as most Ottawa locations were fully booked... best decision ever! - car was taken in moments before the appt time - everything was explained well and staff took extra time to ask me questions about things they were going to do, if I liked it, etc. - car was ready within a short period of time - facility very very clean and proper - all staff seem to know their trade very good experience and wont hesitate to come back
Couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Marc was super knowledgeable, got me in quickly too and the service (windshield crack repair) wasn’t nearly as long of a wait as I expected! Job was well done too!
went in the other day to get a couple of my windshield chips fixed, and Mark was very nice, professional and very welcoming. They were able to help me out in timely manner. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. Went through insurance, everything went smoothly and i felt welcomed at speedy glass Rockland! amazing service thank you so much. Will definitely recommend going here to my friends and family :) the chip is no longer visible on my windshield and I am happy with the service!
