Does it count as extortion or fraud, when you go to their store to get a TAG vehicle tracker installed, but they pulled your cabin filter out without asking for permission, then tells you that it needs to be changed when the vehcile has only been a few months old? Furthermore, when replied with no thank you, the technician 206439 (Alex) said he is not going to reinstall the old filter back in, and just left it on the floor of the car.
Very happy with the service and especially attending to every detail. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of my insurance claim. Thank you.
