The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and efficient. He got us in a day early, and had my windshield replaced that same day, just a few hours after we dropped it off. They did a great job with the windshield. A teeny mess on the dashboard afterwards, but nothing that you can't quickly tidy up yourself.
