Very Disappointing Experience Worst experience I’ve ever had. My appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, and the second appointment was also cancelled without notifying me before I arrived at the location. I waited almost a month for this appointment and ended up losing two full days of work because of these cancellations. There was very poor communication and absolutely no professionalism. Setup appointment online and had somebody call to verify details to ensure the right windshield was ordered. Drop off and pickup we're super easy Jodi did a great job explaining things and making me feel like a valued customer.
