Everything was easy to do an insurance claim
I came out of work Wednesday night and found my rear view mirror had fallen off. I went Thursday right when they opened to book an appointment and they said they could fix it right then. In about 20 minutes they had it fixed and I was on my way. Very reasonable price too. The customer service was fantastic from all employees. Thank you very much!

I was very gracious when the Portage La Prairie MB location had me sit for over 1.5 hours in their waiting room before telling me they ordered the wrong window for my vehicle and had to return the following day (a 30 minute drive each way).. But after the window was installed on day 2 (paid through MPI), my boyfriend noticed damage to the frame of the window which the manager & his worker did not tell me about.
