Originally had ordered the wrong windshield, but that was handled really well rescheduled the appointment for a couple weeks later as they had to order a windshield directly from Mercedes. droppet the car off for the new appointment and it was completed on time. Did a professional job.
I had a broken window and needed it fixed. Simple right? Wrong. Trevor, the owner of this place, effectively made a simple transaction and turned it into a horrible ordeal that drained my time and money. I dropped my car off to fix my window and they dented the door of my brand new truck. What was really fun was being told that I caused the dent. Then being ignored till I called Speedy Glass Canada to resolve the issue. Trevor denied any responsibility on the part of his staff even though the dent was coming from the inside ... read more
