The service was absolutely incredible! They kept me updated throughout the entire process and provided honest, realistic estimates for the arrival of the replacement windshield. The follow-up calls were greatly appreciated and gave me reassurance about what to expect with the repair. Communication was always friendly, transparent, and professional. I really appreciated the care and attention they gave both me and my vehicle.
While my windshield was repaired well, they installed two new wipers despite my refusal of their doing so (for $59.98). I could still give them a second chance. 3/5 stars
Free chip fix with insurance was great, they do all the paperwork. Was able to drive in and get it fixed within an hour. Very friendly staff. Waiting area is small but clean. Lots of shops around to check out while you wait.
