Great customer service
Had an issue with my Chevrolet Cruze rear window stuck down and took it to Speedy. The team got the window back up, and didn’t charge me even though it took them nearly two hours. True professionalism, honest service, and peace of mind knowing my car is secure again. Highly recommend!
The team at Speedy Glass Heron Road truly go above and beyond. The replacement windshield they were going to put on my car was damaged in shipping - they didn't have another one in store so they sent an employee to drive to the warehouse to get another one in order to still get the job done that day. They even drove me home to make up for the inconvenience! Would never get this level of service elsewhere. Could not recommend more.
Last week, I walked in to Speedy Glass Heron location during my working hours to get some information about the TAG System as my insurance company is forcing me to have it installed. When I walked in, it was very busy and I had to wait 15 minutes. Finally I was greeted by Ben, who introduced himself as the service manager. All I wanted was information as I was running late for work. He tried to push me to get it installed right then, saying there was a cancellation.
