Oh dear, my yesterdays bad review got then to tell my mom for me to take it down when they don't want to admit there mistakes. It already looks like they took it down because they got scared. This is bad service and will not be taken down if they don't learn and be considerate too. They should have been more organized, honest and not be big liars. Mark at the front desk at Orleans was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Despite the replacement windshield was on back order at many venues, it ordered quickly and arrived the following week. The job was completed within 3 hours. Payment through insurance (deductible) was easy rather than requiring to pay the entire cost upfront and relying on the insurance company to pay you back. The only improvement would be to have a courtesy ride home and a pick up but the service still deserves 5 stars.
