Crystal is amazing! She called to move my appointment earlier when they were running ahead of schedule. They vacuumed my car mats! And when there was a small hiccup they offered me another vehicle if they couldn't fix the issue by the end of the work day so I could pick up my children. Way above and beyond.
Probably some of the best service I've ever received. I was from out of town and showed up early, the owner got me in asap and even gave me a lift and offered to pick me up while I ran errands while I waited. The technician, Crystal, I made a point to remember her name cause she was awesome over the phone and very helpful, my cabin air filter door came off and I couldn't figure out what the piece was, she pointed it out and put it all together for me like a gem! 11/10 recommend.
