Terrible communication, we booked at the downtown location then went to that location only to be told they don"t repair Tesla, the guy said head up to Hammond bay location we changed your appt to them for this morning. So we drove up to Hammond Bay location to be told that the appointment isn't today and its actually tommorow. The customer service was good the lady at the front desk was very nice. However someone wiped their hand across the hood of my car near the windshield and left multiple scratches.
I have used Speedy Glass Nanaimo North now the second time for a windshield replacement and both times were five star experiences. Kayla and all the other staff I dealt with were very professional and friendly. Work was done on time and with high quality. They also give you a convenient reminder call the day before your appointment, which is appreciated. I hope to have this windshield for a long time but if I find myself in need of a replacement I will not hesitate to use Speedy Glass North Nanaimo again.
Excellent customer service, good reminders about the appointment, very helpful, super quick service all finished in 1.5 hours and a guaranteed replacement for free if windshield was unsatisfactorily replaced or any cosmetic damages were noticed!
