Katie on Hammond Bay was awesome. I booked in for Saturday and she got me in on Friday. 1 hour in and out. Exceptional, friendly service. If I ever need glass repair again I will definitely go back.
I wouldnt use them again they chipped my fender in an area right beside the windshield, to bad i didnt catch it sooner id make them pay to have it repaired. Also the gasket around the windshield looks like it was forced into place, noticable areas where it doesnt seat right. Plus they didnt even check the front interior after completing the job, they had left a mess...I dont reccomend, only thing the guy said about the windshield seal was "I never seen that before" totally un professional...never go back there again and im g... read more
First off, I want to say how incredibly impressed I am with this business. Between the staff getting along so well (well oiled machine) to the absolute professionalism was amazing. They call you to remind you of your appointment. They call you to come pick up (Earlier than I expected even), super kind while doing it! It’s really hard to find good customer service on the island and you guys achieved it. I highly recommend the windshield polish after you have it done the water just beads off and is amazing! A very tall man working there accused my wife of lying in front of a bunch of other customers saying there was no way a rock did all that damage to our windshield. The guy has obviously never lived up north. He made her feel horrible like she was a fraudulent criminal, so she said forget it and walked out. We just moved here from northern BC and they are in a really convenient location for us so it is a real shame. They won't be getting our business and we definitely cannot recommend them.
