Replaced rear passenger glass on my F350… I arrived 30min before my appointment and they had my truck inside within minutes. I was on my way down the road in under an hour. Fabulous service, friendly staff, everything was explained to me in detail and workmanship was excellent.
The guy at the desk was a total D. Wouldn’t initially change the windshield as felt he would be claiming the full cost on GST or something, and we could get charged 10G for lying by the government, and felt he should pay the whole price and get a return come tax time??? We have comprehensive. What is up with the inquisition. Anyway we called our accountant and insurance person who felt this was a huge overstep on the windshield guys part and told him to just change it and we would pay the deductible as is typical.
