When I arrived at my 9am appointment, there was no one at the desk… I had to wait quite a while before someone came to the desk… but I could hear that there was at least 3 or 4 people in this back room/garage area. Finally when someone came to assist me, I was being highly pressured to buy new windshield wipers, for the front of my vehicle, with them stating that “I need to buy new wipers since I am getting my windshield replaced” Ok fine, I say.
