Great product and team
I had a great experience here! I was fit in last minute for a glass chip repair. Despite their busy schedule, and the last minute nature of my appointment, the staff was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me. I left feeling well informed about the process and what to expect from the repair. The results are great. Also, seamless direct billing to my insurance!
I experienced a lack of professionalism and unnecessary attitude from the staff. After arriving later in the morning due to a meeting, I was told to wait for a minute, but ended up waiting over 15 minutes with no update. I then stood patiently by the workshop window to get their attention and overheard one staff member make a comment about “someone staring at us through the window”.
