The staff (Shawn) was amazing and made what seemed like such a negative (cracked windshield) turned into a very positive experience. Great communication, even connected me with a rental car not knowing I could get one and the entire process was seamless.
I got an appointment the next day. They knew how long it would take and told me honestly. The store was close to my home. I booked and got an accurate estimate online. The people were very friendly, helpful, flexible and offered upsells but not pushy when I already have the products. The job was done well and was clean. The people doing the work did an excellent job and look like they work very hard to keep schedule and do the work correctly. The people are well informed about the products and procedure.
Fast and friendly service, clear quotes, and a clear effort to make my day better. Im returning here if I need any glass repair done.
