I brought in my vehicle for an afternoon appointment but was told they couldn't do the work as it was too late in the day. They booked the appointment in the first place, why was this not flagged as an issue until I actually arrived? The actual work they did once they rescheduled it was fine, but they completely wasted my time. Given that they are only open office hours Monday-Friday I wouldn't recommend taking time off work to try and bring your vehicle in.
