Showed up at 4:38pm to hopefully get a quote for my cracked windshield saw they were open until 5pm but the door was locked not great business practice closing early with no note on the door. Make it worst the guy in the garage looked at me when the garage door was open and walked away. Figure I post for others don’t show up for the time I did because they may be close they loss a sale will go somewhere else. Had them before years ago and they were great got the feeling today it’s probably gone down hill if closing early.

Had a smooth experience, treated properly with respect and not pressured. I was not pressured by an upsell pitch. The dealer pointed out options that I could have with my windshield replacement. But no pressure. I ended up getting wiper blades and a cabin air filter because it made sense at the time they attend. It was very courteous asking if I we’re waiting for my vehicle and offered to move me ahead in the line if so.
