The truth is mistakes were made. More than one. But good customer service is how those mistakes were dealt with. Scheduling an appointment was more difficult than it should've been. Promises to call back later that day were ignored more than once. Took three days just to get someone to call back to schedule an appointment. My cabin filter was removed without my consent and not replaced. Only reason I knew was that the cover to the compartment was left on the passenger side floor. Friendly staff, courteous and professional
I was able to give info over the phone that allowed Speedy to order my windshield and they got me in the very next day, first thing to get it done before the weekend! They also handled all the insurance paperwork. I didn’t even have to contact them myself! So easy! The job looks great!
