Jordan was amazing!! I am from out of province and was initially given wrong information from my insurance broker about getting my damaged windshield replaced, so once I arrived to pick up my truck, it was a much bigger process than I had anticipated. Jordan was patient, friendly, supportive and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for the insurance company. Thank you Jordan for all your help!! I am truly so appreciative!
I made an appointment here, but when I was inquiring about some information the customer service felt very rushed, impatient and the receptionist was very condescending when speaking to me. One response that stuck was “why am I worried about the price if insurance was covering it”. This left me with an uneasy feeling, I cancelled my appointment and took the work somewhere else.
