To be honest, my initial Speedy Glass appointment had some challenges. However, the manager (Paul) stepped in, took ownership of the problem, addressed my concerns and made the situation right. This is a sign to me that this place is well-managed and you will be in good hands here. I hope to never have windshield issues again, but wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Well done. I had an appointment and they were expecting me. Staff explained the process, went through the paperwork, took my keys. They were finished when they said they would be, they went over the insurance process, we settled the bill, all my questions were answered and I was on my way.
This place is amazing! Customer service was beyond expectation. Work was completed exceptionally fast. I would recommend. I booked my appointment for a crack windshield a week or so prior for 8am Monday morning an then proceeded to forget about that. I called in at 10:30am told them my situation and there response was, no worries, just get your car here by 2pm and they will sort it out.
