I had my windshield replaced and it was at the end of their workday when I picked up my car. My wiper reservoir hose wasn't hooked up (an oversight) when I left. I came back a few days later and Tony (the technician) dropped everything he was doing and immediately fixed the issue with a great attitude and excellent customer service. Shout out to Tony for making a frustrating situation a satisfying experience.
