My appointment was for noon. I delivered the car early - at 1030. When I delivered it, I was told that the job would take "a couple of hours". I can accept that the time didn't start when I delivered it, but at noon. When I had heard nothing by 4pm, I called and left voicemail asking for an update. I did not receive a call back. Instead at 4:40, I got a call saying that my car was ready and that you closed at 5pm. To be fair, I was told that someone would stay for a while after that if I was coming to pick it up.
