Very friendly and I was able to get an appointment quickly
Disappointed from the beginning. While I understand doing a walk around the vehicle prior to accepting it in the shop. The lady doing the walk around noted a mark on the front bumper. This vehicle has less then 700km on it. I said it’s just a bug squash on the bumper. She continued to argue with me. I even licked my thumb and rubbed it out to show her. She still thought she just might be able to see something as a means of trying to defend her original position. It’s just overall silliness I can not stand.
Replacing my windshield was an easy process. The counter ladies were very helpful in completing the paper work for insurance and answering all my questions. The new windshield looks like the OEM glass from the factory. The ladies at the counter were cheerful and professional in their approach. I highly recommend this location for your glass needs.
I have brought my car to this Speedy Glass location for two different services. The customer service is fantastic! I was able to quickly book an appointment and the job was done right the first time. I would recommend this Speedy Glass location to anyone.
