From the moment I called, booked my appointment, walked in the door, received my service complete call (which was earlier than expected ) to pick up. The employee service was 10/10 on friendliness, and knowledgeability.
I had a small chip on my windshield, which was repaired in the most professional manner. Booking online was easy, and service consultant Paul ensured I was fully informed about the process. Couldn't ask for better service - bravo!!
The folks working at this location were excellent. They were informative and transparent with their pricing, and were kind and helpful during my windshield replacement. They seemed to really enjoy their work.
I visited here for a tag installation referred by Aviva. The technician was professional and did a good job. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. I had to wait 15–20 minutes without being acknowledged, and the interaction from one of the staff members felt rude and unwelcoming. The overall customer service needs improvement.
