Very professional communicated every step of the way was done and just about an hour very quick fast and they also take Apple Pay, which was a plus for me. I appreciate you guys will be coming back for my Jeep to get done. window is very nice clear and they cleaned up after themselves overall, I would recommend to anybody that needs windows or headlights. Anything of that sort
Great customer service and fast work. Any company interested in improving their customer service should visit this shop and learn the meaning of customer service and how to implement it. I could not be happier with the results of their repair. I only wish I could give them 10 stars. If you need automotive glass work done, do yourself a favor and go to NOVUS Glass.
Amazing customer service, helped me every step of the way. Repaired my glass with no problems at all and at a low price. They also stuck to their quote and did it all in less than an hour.
Great customer service and communication. They worked with our insurance company and we literally didn't have to do anything. They came to our house and had our glass replaced in about an hour. They are an awesome company and we will be using them again. Highly recommend!!
Very professional and courteous over the phone. Very polite and friendly when greeted. Explained the procedure well. A nice clean environment to sit while I waited. They finish the job before the estimated time. Gave clear instructions for the next 24 hours.
