Easy to book an appointment and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
I received a called from one of the staff (I believe his name was George) to confirm my appoitment which I made for 3pm but than he said I needed to be there no later than noon, which I inquired the reason. He seems to not like my inquire but explained that it would take 5 hours to have the job done (windshield replacement) and as I was talking he hung up the phone very impatiently. Watch out for this speedy glass location. If you’re a woman they try selling you everything possible. Looked for my cabin filter when I came in for a windshield replacement. Stop trying to upsell when women feel they have no choice but to agree. Manager is as useless as a brick.
Showed up for appointment at 4 pm, just for them to tell me to rebook, Sorry if you close at 5, worst customer service
The customer service is always great. And sometimes I get a discount. Not a big one. But anything helps and they always explain everything clearly.
