I was about to give them a 5-star and they messed it up at the very last moment. My car glass was broken and they gave me a much better price compared to Toyota themselves and fixed it in less than an hour --> 5 star. They seemed trustworthy and they asked me if I want to change my cabin air filter (inspection was free, I hadn't ask for it) and I said sure. Then they billed me SEVENTY dollars (70$) for a "FRAM" air filter which is 20$. When I asked why so expensive, they told me the rest is labour cost :) I know I should hav... read more
