Great experience using this location for my windshield replacement. The appointment booking was easy and then on the day of I received excellent service from the manager. I received a 30 minute heads up that my car would be ready to pick up which was very helpful for planning out the rest of my day. The only thing that would make this better is if I could’ve just stayed in a lounge to work and wait for my vehicle. But I know this location is small so that would be difficult. Anyway, 10/10 for the service and quality.
Absolutely abysmal. This store is so disorganized, I would avoid it altogether. I made the first appointment online and when I arrived the staff member was clearly frustrated and said that the web site never works but they would try and fit me in (it was 1500hrs and they closed at 1700). I waited for half an hours or so and realized that nothing had moved so far and it was unlikely they would get to my car let alone have time to calibrate the cameras so I decided to leave.
