Had my windshield replaced and had an amazing experience. Personable. Great service. Did what they said they would do. Kept me informed. I would highly recommend.
Terrible customer service. They installed the wrong quarter glass on my van even after I confirmed twice with 2 different employees before the install that is was the correct glass. When I returned telling them the wrong glass was installed they said can't you just live with it. I said no and their answer was we can't get the proper glass anywhere in Canada. We’re currently on a cross-Canada road trip and unfortunately ended up with a broken window along the way. We stopped in at Speedy Glass and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. They ordered the replacement glass right away and had it installed quickly, getting us safely back on the road with minimal delay. The staff were friendly, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Great service — highly recommended!
Wonderful service. The staff was very friendly, helpful and made me aware of lots of things I did not know that was included. The windshield is installed perfectly no issues.
