Booked an appointment, was told they'd drive me somewhere and I could maybe walk back. When I actually got to the appointment, Max asked me where id like to be dropped off and picked up. About an hour after my appointment I received a text from Max. Offering up information about my vehicle based on our brief meeting. He had no requirements or obligation to tell me what he did. But he did it anyways so that I was prepared for any future services that I may need. All in all speedy glass creston. 18 stars.
The staff here were amazing! George has quite the sence of humor. There is am issue with my insurance (not sure if I even had coverage) George made some calls on my behalf and drove me to the Creston Valley insurance to see if I could get things sorted as they had already started my windshield repair. He waited for me... then brought me back. Things didn't get sorted. I had to call BCAA the following day. They let me leave without payment with the repairs done! Professional and courteous service. Friendly staff. Not only fixed the issues I was there for, but also cleaned my floor mats, and all of it done in a very timely fashion.
Went in for a chip repair and new wiper blades. The employees were friendly, welcoming and went the extra mile by cleaning my floor mats and vacuuming my seats. Highly recommend.
