Job looked great.
Not that I want to replace my windshield all the time, but I have had to and the team at the Courtenay location are fun, friendly and look like they enjoy their work. I value seeing that in a business. They are honest on filling chips versus replacing the window as well. Convenience on dealing with the ICBC part.
Customer service on the phone and in person was exceptional by Steve. All staff were courteous and timely in the work they did. They looked after all the insurance paperwork too.
