Friendly,knowledgeable and compassionate staff. I was travelling through from out of province and I had a rock fly up and chip my windshield. I called speedy glass and they fit me in and repaired the chip and I was back on the road within an hour!
Well today I returned to Speedy Glass Cornwall fo a follow-up and I met with Chad. As I waited for him to meet the needs of other customers, a few of us were senior citizens, nd it is remarkable how he, Chad, the service provider was so very, very, understanding, considerate, kind, and very respectful with all of us. It just demonstrates again, how Speedy Glass screens their potential employees and finds the most capable employees possible. Again, Kuddos for Chad, for his kind competent service.
All I can say is that I, having experienced many issues with my vehicles, have never been serviced by such dedicated team as Speedy Glass in cornwall. Rob listened to me, and addressed my dilemma as if it was his own. Common courtesy, decency, and true professionalism sought out the solution and applied what was needed to get me on my way safe and sound. Yes!
