Very disappointing experience. I took my car in for a rock chip repair, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. Even worse, the attempt resulted in a large crack developing across my windshield. The experience was made worse by the rude and unprofessional attitude of the lady at the front desk. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service and would definitely not recommend this place.

I visited this location at 930 am in the morning and asked if this can be repaired today the lady at the counter mentioned me that sorry we don't have any appointments available today. Let me check other location in Chilliwack. She call the other location and they also mentioned me that no appointments available today. I left and then checked online there were multiple appointments available at bother the store.
