UPDATE: owner replied and requested i contact them so I did. They're refusing to take any responsibility and refuse to replace the windshield. They're still pushing for me to go through my insurance through them. Makes you wonder... I asked for a full refund, since the repair caused more damage. Lets see if they even give me the refund or not.
