I dropped off my vehicle at your location for a replacement part that you quoted at $410, trusting that I was not being taken advantage of. However, I received two separate quotes for $280. While I understand that every business determines its pricing based on its own standards, I also believe in fair and competitive rates. As a customer, I am willing to pay more for better service, but a difference this significant makes me feel like I am being overcharged.

Definitely not a friendly receptionist. If the Owner is listen to this it is bad to have her and lose your customers. Called in the morning at 8:05 to get a quote of F150 glass replacement and was quoted by gentleman but I called back after an hour to change the year which was given early and the receptionist was very rude.
