Last year I had my windshield replaced at Speedy Glass. Not long after, it started leaking. I brought it back in and they redid the windshield. When I got my car back, every time I turned on the wipers there was a clunking noise. Now, looking closely, I can see they’ve badly scratched and damaged the paint along the trim near the windshield (attached photo). Nathaniel was excellent and so was the service. Downtown Mercedes Calgary could learn a thing or two!!! In March of this year our panoramic roof shattered the car was purchased new at Downtown Mercedes Calgary and was four months old. I contacted the dealership by phone and they told me it was a rock without looking at it!!! Even more amazing was the fact that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. Great experience here getting my front windshield replaced and side window fixed. Prompt service and the best pricing in the area. They are on-time and usually have current week appointments.
