This place was very unprofessional with their customer service. I ended up taking my car elsewhere as I had the feeling that some sort of fraud or something was about to happen. Felt pressured to sign agreement without my legitimate concerns addressed. Don't go here if you can help it. Sketchy.
Took my car to Speedy Auto Glass on Lynden Road in Brantford to fix a stone chip. I made the appointment online and the online user experience was easy to use and worked like it should which is not always the case. The whole thing took about 25 minutes and cost me $0. The manager was courteous, friendly, and funny. Yes he tried to upsell me but that’s his job and I wasn’t offended. It was a good experience and that doesn’t happen too often.
