Ease of appointment, automated updates, quality of work and good price. Only issue was some splash on cover of side mirror and dash, but it was easy to wipe off.

I will never go to this place. they wanted to take money from me for no reason when insurance was paying the bill for the glass replacement. then they lectured me about ethics and said its not ethical to not pay full deductible and difference in the glass. they are a glass company not the insurance company or a church. The insurance was covering all but about $200. this guy insisted on collecting almost $1,000 extra. where does that money go? then when i called him out on his scam he told me to go somewhere else and hung up ... read more
