I feel compelled to write this review after having to replace my windshield for a second time and finding out what this location did. I had my windshield replaced at this location roughly a year and a half ago. The staff were quite friendly however this experience was anything but speedy. I have an Acura ILX and when they initially replaced my glass they used a windshield that was not compatible with my car causing my car to not be able to be calibrated. Can't review the service as it never got done. The receptionist is rude and clearly cant manage a busy desk or keeps things in order for the people on the back. I had an appointment, waited an hour and was told I shouldve said something sooner. A customer is judtified in being upset when theyve made arrangements for their children, taken time off work and scheduled an appointmentin advance, and the company makes a mistake. You do not walk away and tell them you aren't dealing with them.
Horrible experience, I went for a glass replacement at this location in August and paid for the new windshield and wipers. One day after replacement, I get into the highway and it started to rain and I activated the windshield wipers and the right side one flew away!! I had to deactivate the windshield wipers and somehow I managed to get to Canadian Tire with almost no visibility as I couldn’t activate the windshield wipers as it would scratch my brand new windshield that I just paid for the day before, when I got to Canadia... read more
I went here to replace my tesla windshield and it was a great experience. Everything was done quickly and the front office girl was so friendly but also professional. I would recommend this place over those smaller places especially the ones that promise to cover your deductible. I also got the glass treatment which I cant wait to see the difference in the rain.
