On the way up to the Cottage, I noticed a chip in my windshield. I thought it was a bug, but on closer to inspection it wasn’t. I went into speedy glass in Bracebridge to see whether or not it was big enough to need a repair and John the manger promptly came out and had a look and said yes and explained. to me why. they were not able to fix it that day, but offered me to book an appointment for the next couple of days. "Absolutely terrible customer service at the Bracebridge, Ontario location. I came in for a full windshield replacement and recalibration of cameras. I had a scheduled appointment for 11:00 AM, on July 21 but they didn't even bring my car into the shop until 12:00 PM. No one bothered to tell me why there was a delay or explain what was going on.My vehicle was finally finished around 2:15 PM and just sat in the parking lot.
