The service was excellent. The person at the service desk was multi-tasking like crazy, but he never came across bothered or impatient. He spoke to me and other customers with utmost professionalism. He explained different options without being pushy. I wish I got his name. It's not fun to have to be told that part of the work couldn't be completed and I had to return the following day. It's a hassle but at no fault of the people working there. Thank you for making a not so pleasant experience a little easier.
