Really really good customer service. My car was broken into and it was a real mess. They took me in and took care of the details, cleaned up the debris and made a odd claim situation possible. Look for Paige, she knows her stuff.
The staff are exceptional at this location. Specific mention of Paige at the front desk and Mahdi also. They’re very kind and give really good customer service. It really makes a difference. I had some issues with my first repair and they took full responsibility no questions asked, fixed it under the warranty and ensured it was a smooth and painless process. I had an older Suzuki Sidekick I brought in for a windshield replacement and the team went above and beyond. My entire experience was 11/10- from ordering the unique windshield (which a lot of shops didn’t carry), to getting me in and out swiftly, all the way to carrying out leak tests to make sure everything was buttoned up.
